This German made 1-track 5" CD single was only released in Norway as a radio promo. The cover features a group shot of Savoy behind a rain covered window. Graphic patterns of some kind are placed over this photo with titles printed beneath.

A small portion of the artwork is featured on the inner sleeve. The CD itself is silver coloured with a red and black text box plus some more splashes of the artwork. Some of the promos feature a small white promo sticker.
