There was a limited edition Japanese promo 7" release of "Yesterday" for the movie soundtrack "The Beatles".

The cover features a brown-toned Beatles-esque shot of four people crossing a road in a line on a zebra crossing. The titles in Japanese and English are printed in red, yellow and white font. The single features two tracks "Yesterday" and "I Think I Could Be Happy".
